Once you've installed GitBash, VirtualBox and Vagrant, run all of the commands below through GitBash.
If you are running on Windows, you will need GitBash. Suffice it to say that it will create a VM for you that runs the development environment locally for you. I had considered Vortex, but since it is still Alpha, do you know if I can install Vortex independently of NMM ? I only want to try it to see if it fixes my FO4 problems.
